Our liquid Beef Injection has evolved from our Championship formula that went on to win several World Championships.Our ready to use product has all the rich flavors you have grown to love and trust from Butcher BBQ.We offer this product with zero MSG and zero Gluten.Of coarse it’s an injection, but don’t limit your usage to only that. It is a great marinade for steaks and even those mushrooms you love to grill.
Using our base flavors that are loved by competition cooks, we have developed a liquid product that is easy to use. Just open and inject. Its not concentrated, therefore no need to measure it out.
Ingredients: Water, white vinegar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (Hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, salt, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil/cottonseed, soybean oil added) beef flavor, sodium phosphate, and xanthin gum.
